Using a sock and two tennis balls, we will move from neck, shoulders, low back and glutes to find and release areas of tension. "Myo" means muscle and "fascia" is the thin lining encasing our muscles. We will discover areas where the body holds tension. You will learn various body movements while on the tennis balls to dissipate tightness and pain. You will leave feeling like you had a massage! Your sock and balls are yours to keep!
